It appears that you are not currently logged on to the system. You can enter a job and it will be actioned however, if you are a supported I.T. Beyond customer then you need to logon to gain priority in the job queue. Use the login box on the left.
If you wish to log an anonymous request please register your user details (for job tracking) and then you can add the job.
