Payments for ExplorOz products and services may be processed through third-party providers including Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, banking institutions, and payment gateway providers.

Subscription billing for in-app subscriptions is managed by the relevant app store provider.
ExplorOz does not receive or store full payment card details processed by these third-party providers.
We may receive limited transaction, entitlement, or subscription status information necessary to validate purchases, manage access to services, and provide customer support.

Use of third-party payment services is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of those providers.

ITBeyond takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, passwords, login credentials, and account access.

Data Retention

ITBeyond retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide products and services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain system integrity, and support operational requirements. Users may request account deletion or removal of certain personal information. Some information may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, operational, or backup purposes for a limited period after account deletion.

Public contributions or content shared with other users may remain visible where removal is not technically or operationally practical.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, ITBeyond will comply with obligations under the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

We will not send you "spam" (unsolicited promotional information). By registering a User Account you will be added to the default newsletter distribution lists relevant to your Account Type (Visitor, Member, Traveller App User) however if you do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may opt out. All emails we send will contain an Unsubscribe link which will direct you to our website where you will find Opt In/Out Subscription Options in your User Account. We never send emails on behalf of other organisations and we will never disclose our mail list to any other organisations.

ITBeyond will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.

In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd. However, I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd. will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.

You can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the ITBeyond website. Please notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account by any other Internet user or any other breach of security.

If you do not log on using a registered profile, we do not collect information which identifies you personally. If, however, you log on using a registered profile you are able to access, change and update your details at any time. If you wish to know what other information we hold about you whilst you have been logged onto the Site, please send contact us (using the links in the Site About page). We will endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours.

On the ITBeyond website, we provide links to websites outside of the Site. These linked sites are not under the control of ITBeyond, and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of companies, organisations or individuals linked to our website. Before disclosing your personal information on any other website, we advise you to examine the terms and conditions of using their websites.

If ITBeyond becomes aware of any ongoing concerns or problems with our Site, we will take these issues seriously and work to address these concerns.
